You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call 612-464-0099 or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

Applicants must provide a valid ID, proof of income that meets our income requirements, and successfully complete both a credit check and a criminal background check.

Guarantors are required to complete an application and are screened on credit history. Guarantors must show proof of income of 5x the monthly rent.

Applicants must provide proof of income demonstrating that the combined gross household income meets or exceeds 3x the monthly base rent.

Residents requesting a reasonable accommodation or modification must complete the provided request form. Once the form is submitted, the Community Manager will review the request and communicate a decision within 72 hours.

We are a non‑smoking community. All residents and guests must use the designated exterior smoking area or remain at least 25 feet away from the building when smoking.

Pets

Yes, our community welcomes pets. Breed restrictions, weight limits, and additional fees may apply.

The following breeds are restricted from our Hines communities: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix thereof.

A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home.

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or restrictions.

Emotional support animal requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Documentation may be required as part of the review process.
