You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call 612-464-0099 or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

Guarantors must complete application, screening on credit history. Guarantors must show proof of income of 5x the monthly rent.

Application fees, including the amount, refundability, and payment details, are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Resident will fill out provided reasonable accommodation or modification form. Once complete, Community Manager will review request and communicate decision within 72 hours.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease term options vary by availability and may include standard 12-month, 15-month longer, or flexible lease terms.
Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance (if required), first payment, and completion of any move-in scheduling or elevator reservations, where applicable.
Furnished unit availability varies by community and is subject to availability.
Subletting or lease transfers may be permitted in accordance with the lease agreement and are subject to approval.
60- day notice to vacate required
We are a non‑smoking community. All residents and guests must use the designated exterior smoking area or remain at least 25 feet away from the building when smoking.
